Westside Baptist Academy is a ministry of Westside Baptist Church — an Independent Fundamental, Bible-believing, soul-winning church in Katy, Texas.
Building and equipping Christ-like families
That is the stated mission of Westside Baptist Church, and the Academy is one of the ways the church carries it out. The school shares the church's campus, its pastor, its doctrinal position and its purpose. A family enrolling a student here is joining something larger than a school.
Families are welcome at any service, whether or not they are members.

Leadership
Pastor Richard D. Butts serves as Senior Pastor of Westside Baptist Church and as Administrator of the Academy. He has served in ministry for more than forty years.
